
Yoga
Research and movement are part of my life.
I experimented them exploring the world, music and body expression, since I can remember.
From the constant of change has born the search to stay connected to my center finding in the practice of yoga integrity and well-being for body, mind and spirit!
Through the practice of yoga I have thus learned to listen to myself by observing my breathing and my body as a reflection and manifestation of my inner state.
Having lived the last 10 years in different countries I had the opportunity to practice different yoga styles with different teachers including Meghan Curry, Ambra Valo, Tiago Rocha to name a few of them.
I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga ( inspired in Rocket yoga ) and classes of Alignment ( inspirate the method Anusara and Iyengar ) .
In my lessons I like to experiment through a fun and fluid practice and create a sacred space where to share and learn together.

VINYASA YOGA
From Sanskrit vinyāsa movement, composition, from vi - (intensifying prefix) + nyāsa to place , is a style of yoga in which breathing exercises are used to synchronize fluid transitions through a fixed sequence of poses
ROCKET YOGA
Is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The Rocket® is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice.
ALIGNMENT YOGA
Alignment is intended to create a stable foundation for a safe practice, to allow the body to open in new ways, and to reduce the risk of injury. While you might not feel a sudden, sharp pain from doing a pose out of alignment, many yoga injuries are cumulative, accruing little by little
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress.
Stillness is a powerful practice.

This type of lesson is designed for those who do not have the opportunity or the time to go to a Yoga studio, for those who want a private online lesson or who have practiced with me previously!
You can book your lesson and practice with me from anywhere!
The only thing you will need will be the internet connection and you will be able to attend the lesson live and designed for you!
